Making Spirits Bright cover

SHEBOYGAN – The “Making Spirits Bright” holiday light show will return to Sheboygan’s Evergreen Park for a 10th year on Nov. 26. The popular event will run from 5-9 p.m. every night through Dec. 31, with the exception of Dec. 24.

In addition to the light show, “Making Spirits Bright” will feature indoor activities at the Sheboygan Jaycees Quarryview Center from 5-9 p.m. on the weekends before Christmas, including visits with Santa, wreath raffles and concessions. Trolley rides through the park will take place from 5:15-8:15 p.m.

“Making Spirits Bright” is free of charge, but donations of cash and non-perishable food items are encouraged. The event set a record for both visitors and donations in 2020.

“Making Spirits Bright” began in 2012, and is sponsored by the Sheboygan County Rotary Clubs. The light show started with a combination of original and rented displays, but now contains all original displays created by a talented production crew with experience in engineering, welding, carpentry, electricity and pattern creation.
