SHEBOYGAN – Glacial Lakes Conservancy will be holding its 25th anniversary celebration at Willow Creek Preserve on Saturday, Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The day will kick off with refreshments from Johnsonville at 10 a.m., followed by a tree planting and welcoming remarks by special guests and Conservancy founders.

At 11 a.m., there will be guided hikes in which attendees will learn about tree identification, mindfulness and the history of Willow Creek Preserve.

The event will also include interactive tables where attendees can learn about birds, bees, fish, habitat and more.

Willow Creek Preserve is a 143-acre natural area located in the city of Sheboygan off of Taylor Drive between Erie and Indiana Avenues.
