SHEBOYGAN COUNTY — Peanut squares are something I discovered only upon moving to just Wisconsin a few months ago. Since then, I haven't stopped dreaming about that next bite of perfectly blended saltiness and sweetness.
What is a peanut square?
According to Betty Crocker herself, a peanut square is a square yellow cake topped with a light, sweet frosting and then rolled in finely chopped peanuts. Check out the recipe here.
