Whiz Kids

SHEBOYGAN — After last year's cancellation due to COVID-19, Whiz Kids Basketball School will be returning to Sheboygan in August.

The camp is Sheboygan County's largest basketball fundamentals camp, but Hall of Fame coach Tom Desotell has had to modify this year's camp due to continued safety protocols and gym refurbishments.

Two sessions will be held this year for boys and girls entering 4th through 8th grade at Sheboygan North's Acuity Fieldhouse:

  • Aug. 2 through 6 — 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
  • Aug. 9 through 13 — 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The cost is $90 for the week-long session, and families with multiple athletes can pay $80 for any additional participants. Registration is open online at whizkidsbasketball.com and includes information on camp shirts.

For questions, email the program at WHIZKidsBball@gmail.com.
