SHEBOYGAN — Sheboygan County schools will once again be able to honor its graduating class as ceremonies are slated to return to several schools in June.
To ensure social distancing, the Sheboygan Area School District will hold two graduation ceremonies on Saturday, June 5, at Vollrath Park. At 11 a.m., students from South, Central, George D. Warriner and Etude high schools will walk the bowl while North graduates will walk at 2 p.m.
There will be no limit on the number of guests able to attend, but social distancing between groups and masking will be requested. Both ceremonies will be recorded, and the district is working on a solution to live stream as well.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremonies will be shifted to Sunday, and all updates will be posted on the school district's website homepage.
