Patricia Faye Forkner, 81, of Kohler, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice surrounded by her family.

Born March 13, 1941, in Sheboygan, Pat was a daughter of the late George and Lydia Herman Molitor. She attended Sheboygan area schools and graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1959. She went on to serve her country in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 to 1965.

Pat was a secretary for Kohler Generator for many years until her retirement in 2011. She previously worked at Polar Ware and as a secretary at Kohler High School. She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ in Kohler where she sang in the choir. She was very involved in theater for many years both with the Sheboygan Community Players and Memories Ballroom.

She is survived by her three sons, William (Stephanie), New Braunfels, TX, Christopher (Terri Dufresne), Oconomowoc, and Garrett (Renee), Mukwanago; eleven grandchildren, Alex (Nina), Lexi, Abby, Andrew, Ashton, Nicholas, Eric, Colin, Adam, Jonathan and Michael; her great grandson, Lukas; her sister, Diane Darkow, Sheboygan; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Gail Darrah and her brother-in-law, James Darkow.

A memorial service for Pat will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Grace UCC, 500 School Street, Kohler. Pastor Beth Petzke will officiate. Family and friends are welcome at Grace UCC from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of their loving care and support.

The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Pat's arrangements.
