SHEBOYGAN COUNTY — With coronavirus surging in nearly every community, knowing where to get tested at a moment's notice is crucial information to have on hand.

As of Tuesday, Nov. 17, these are the four COVID-19 drive-up testing sites open to the public throughout Sheboygan County.

Southtown Mall, 3335 S. Business Drive, Sheboygan — Prevea Health

  • Free drive-thru testing
  • Must sign up on MyPrevea online portal at www.myprevea.com 
  • Do not have to be an existing Prevea patient
  • Results will be posted within 2-4 days on MyPrevea

Sheboygan County Aging and Disability Resource Center, 650 Forest Ave., Sheboygan — National Guard testing site

  • Free drive-thru testing
  • Open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays (Closed Nov. 27) through Dec. 9
  • Registration ahead online is recommended at register.covidconnect.wi.gov
  • No proof of identification needed
  • No appointment or doctor's referral needed
  • Results should be emailed or called within 3-7 business days

CVS Pharmacy, 1108 N. 14th St., Sheboygan

  • Drive-up self swab testing
  • By appointment following a screening at cvs.com
  • Bring proof of identity and in-state residence and test confirmation email or text
  • Upon arrival, stay in car and follow posted instructions

Walgreens, 2702 Calumet Drive, Sheboygan

  • Drive-up self swab testing
  • By appointment following a screening at Walgreens.com
  • Upon arrival, stay in car and follow posted instructions
  • Results will be from PWNHealth
