SHEBOYGAN — Prevea Health will open a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at UW-Green Bay Sheboygan Campus on Thursday, Feb. 4 for all eligible community members.
Currently, the following are eligible according to the vaccination guidelines set forth by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services:
- Frontline health care personnel
- Residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
- Police and fire personnel
- Adults ages 65 and older
Appointments are required by creating a MyPrevea account at myprevea.com. Participants do not have to be existing Prevea patients to sign up or receive the vaccine. Appointment availability will depend on vaccine supply from the state DHS.
Prior to the clinic's opening, those eligible for the vaccine can get theirs at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital with the online portal.
Additional information on the vaccine can be found at prevea.com/vaccine.
