Covid test

SHEBOYGAN — Prevea Health's COVID-19 testing site location change will begin Monday, Nov. 16.

The current site outside the Sheboygan medical office building at 3113 Saemann Avenue will close on Nov. 15. The new site at Southtown Mall on 3335 S. Business Drive will open the following day.

Testing is free for anyone will the following symptoms: Cough; fever; chills; repeated shaking with chills; muscle pain; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; headache; sore throat; runny nose; new loss of taste or smell.

It is also available to anyone who has been exposed to someone confirmed to have COVID-19.

Those who wish to be tested at these sites must sign up on Prevea's online patient portal, MyPrevea. You do not have to be an established patient to set up an account or to get a free test. Those interested will complete a short assessment and register at one of Prevea Health's testing sites across the state.

Test results will be available within two to four days on the MyPrevea portal.
