Falls Meadow

Posthuma Homes' Falls Meadow Subdivision will be Sheboygan Falls' newest subdivision.

SHEBOYGAN FALLS — A new subdivision is on its way to Sheboygan Falls as Posthuma Homes, a custom home builder based in Cedar Grove, expects to receive final clearance for its Falls Meadow subdivision this month.

The subdivision will be located along County Road PP in Sheboygan Falls and will include 48 lots varying in size from 0.3 acres to 0.6 acres. According to Posthuma's website, the lots range in price from $39,900 to $54,900, and the company can build custom home plans or have a variety of popular floor plans available to choose from.

“We are extremely excited to start this subdivision and help grow the awesome community in Sheboygan Falls," owner Josh Posthuma said. "There is a current shortage of housing in Sheboygan Falls as well as throughout the county. There is also a need to fill job openings. We feel this development will be a step in the right direction in overcoming these challenges.”

Posthuma Homes has other subdivisions located throughout Sheboygan County with Eastern Pines in Howards Grove, Rolling Meadows in Cedar Grove, Pelishek Road in Adell and Hunters Ridge in Waldo.

“The Falls Meadow subdivision is a great opportunity to add 48 quality homes to our city," said Sheboygan Falls Mayor Randy Meyer. "We are excited to work with Josh Posthuma and look forward to seeing the first homes start. It takes a large commitment of time, talent and investment to develop a quality subdivision, like Falls Meadow.”
