Covid test

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY — After running out of tests in the opening hour, traffic at the county National Guard testing events has slowed.

The testing events launched on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds at 10 a.m. By 10:45 a.m., the Sheboygan County Division of Public Health announced on Facebook that they had met their 300-test maximum for the day.

Since then, the heath department has announced on Facebook during each event that traffic has decreased, so those needed a test should come get one.

Testing will continue from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays at the Resource Center, located at 650 Forest Ave., Sheboygan Falls. Each event will have a limit of 300 tests per day.

Online pre-registration is highly recommended. Appointments are not required, and testing is free.

Results will be returned with three to seven days of your test.
