SHEBOYGAN — On Thursday, Feb. 25, and Friday, Feb. 26, the City of Sheboygan customer services window be closed as the city upgrades its systems.
While the city's MUNIS ERP system is upgraded, the following services will not be available:
Sheboygan Police Department
- Parking Tickets payments
- Dog/Cat Licensing
- Note: The Sheboygan Police Department customer service window will also be affected on Saturday, February 27, 2021
Building Inspection Division
- All permitting
- All licensing
- Payment processing
Department of Public Works
- Receipting – Park Permit Payments, Special Event Payments, Boat Slip
- Permits – Excavate in Public Right-of-Way, Occupy Public Right-of-Way, Erosion Control, and Stormwater
There will be no impact on the Finance Department.
Provided all upgrades go as planned, the windows should resume normal options on Monday, March, 1.
