The remaining 11,800 square feet of the total 97,000-square-foot project in the back of the building does not yet have a confirmed tenant. The city also announced that a separate outlot parcel just south of Applebees is also being developed as part of the project, with that tenant also still to be determined.

According to the news lease, Ross Dress for Less and Hobby Lobby expect to begin interior remodeling over the winter season.

Under the agreement, the city will be providing a $325,000 incentive and a $375,000 business development loan agreement to bridge gaps in operating pro-forma for the two national retailers. Corta Sheboygan LLC, the developer, plans to invest a minimum of $4,600,000 in the building development and another $1,200,000 for the outlot development.
