Joanne Marie Van Duser Zschetzsche

Joanne Marie Van Duser Zschetzsche, age 85 of Sheboygan passed November 25, 2018 at her residence. She was born May 31, 1955 to Henry and Margaret Van Duser.

She married Richard L. Zschetzsche, July 5, 1954. Richard passed January 1, 2011.

Joanne is survived by three sons, Scott, Michael, Brian (Michelle), one daughter, Jill; grandchildren, Steen and Brianna, Henry and William; two great grandchildren, Shane and Kenlee. Also survived by her brother James Van Duser (Arlene), and Marilyn McKee; nieces, nephews and many great friends!

Joanne was a member of Sons of Norway, The Audubon Society, and many years as a volunteer at St. Nicholas Hospital. She loved and passed on her great cooking skills, rug hooking, knitting, and the making of her leather afghan’s who many received as gifts. She loved to travel if and when she could, but mostly enjoyed time spent at their place on Maiden Lake with family and friends.

The Family wishes to thank the staff while residing at Countryside Manor and Terrace Estates and Serenity Hospice Care.

At Joanne’s request, family and friends gathered together for a celebration in remembrance of here.

Joanne’s energy will be missed, but will continue on in what she has taught us through creativity, kindness and perseverance.
